Skinology specializes in anti-aging and anti-acne services and provides facials, relaxing body wraps and waxing services. Anne Chen, owner, has been trained by Damone Roberts, brow artist to the stars, in brow shaping. Skinology takes takes the Covid pandemic seriously and offers safe services, including but not limited to requiring vaccines, mask wearing, temperature taking, sanitization, and hand washing. In addition, most services are provided in our safe, warm, and private outdoor greenhouse, with exception during inclement weather and services requiring privacy.

I absolutely loved the facial I received from Anne! She is so knowledgeable about skin and skincare, and I loved the education she gave me throughout my appointment. She helped me discover new things about my skin and understand my breakouts better. She is wonderful at making you feel comfortable and I love how she explained all the products she was using. I am based in the UK and discovered Skinology on eventbrite, where Anne began a series of online skin workshops on anti aging and Acne treatment. I learnt so much and Anne gave me the tools to be able to finally treat my adult acne effectively. All my life I have struggled with acne, I never grew out of it and was repeatedly told by Dr’s and beauticians the wrong way to treat it, so it always got worse. Anne wasn’t afraid to share her expertise to give me the power of her knowledge to finally have clearer skin, I can never thank her enough. Anne gave me and my cousin online skin consultations on top of the workshops and was so patient and kind, her knowledge was astounding and unlike so many companies who hold onto this information so you have to keep going to them, Anne shared this freely and with passion. Anne has given me confidence in choosing products and confidence with having clearer skin and for that and her kindness I am eternally greatful! I hope one day I can actually visit her at skinology and thank her in person.

Not just a facial, it’s an education! While I’m sure Anne can give a relaxing facial where her clients bliss out, what I adore us that I always leave with a better understanding of my skin and the products I use. Ann provides amazing education while she performing a world class service. She knows every ingredient in the products because she formulated them herself. I have been seeing her for a few years, but I recently brought my teen in so Anne could come up with a routine that didn’t dry out my daughter’s sensitive skin. Natural ingredients is a big priority for my daughter so the blueberry boost moisturizer, the pumpkin cleanser, and the Apple C serum were the perfect fit.

I was referred to Anne by a friend when I expressed an interest in getting my acne prone, dry, often dull skin into better shape before my March 2019 wedding. I started seeing Anne in July 2019 and by my wedding in March it was like I had new skin! She listens to what you are currently doing and helps you learn about your skin and what it needs (and when). She develops a routine that targets ALL of the problems you have. Before Anne, I’d never had someone able to address the acne AND the dryness all the while helping my skin to literally glow. I go comfortably makeup free all the time now, I actually feel better with no or less makeup now. I can’t believe it! My wedding is over but I fully intend to continue using her products and getting regular facials!

I got a gift for a facial at Skinology Clinic. As a guy, I would have never purchased something like this for myself. Reluctantly I went. Not knowing what to expect, I had no idea what the experience or results would be like. Anne was fantastic. The facial was amazing. I also had some extractions and an “eye contour”. The staff are all very professional and knowledgeable, and yet they are very friendly. What a pleasant experience each visit has been! They really know how to take care of my skin so that it stays soft and without blemishes. My experiences with the doctor have also been excellent. I have had Botox done by him several times and he is a terrific judge of where it will do the most good.

Got a Lavender Cleansing and Relaxing Body Wrap Treatment from Anne. The location was easy to find with plenty of parking. Anne was very professional & informative and the wrap was soothing and left my skin feeling great. Anne even provided a hand massage during the wrap to make it the ultimate relaxing experience.
