Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been coming to SkinMedix for a very long time, and my experience has been pleasant and professional with each visit. The staff are very friendly, you can tell they work excellent together as a team. That’s hard to find! I have been treated by all the nurse’s there, they are all so knowledgeable and helpful, I feel comfortable with everyone. The support staff are always quick to help with questions or concerns too, scheduling appointments is hassle free and they update me on any changes/promotions that’s happening. I have been coming to SkinMedix for a very long time, and my experience has been pleasant and professional with each visit. The staff are very friendly, you can tell they work excellent together as a team. That’s hard to find! I have been treated by all the nurse’s there, they are all so knowledgeable and helpful, I feel comfortable with everyone. The support staff are always quick to help with questions or concerns too, scheduling appointments is hassle free and they update me on any changes/promotions that’s happening. Critical: CommunicationI decided to do laser treatments again after not doing it for about 5 years. I thought i’d go back to SkinMedix because i had a good experience. So about 1 month or so ago I called and ask about appointments. I scheduled a 15 minutes appointment. I have a friend who has been going and always pays for 15 minutes. So i figured that is what i would do. I arrive and get the treatment and we do several small areas. I come to pay and I am told that i have to pay per area. I said excuse I was told the payment would be based on time, which was $75 for 15 minutes. The front desk said oh we don’t do that anymore, we discontinued that pricing years ago. I stood there perplexed because that was never mentioned when i called which was a month ago. She assured me the policy had changed. I leave and I call my friend and asked her and she said i always books for $15 and its $75 and i do several different areas. They’ve never once asked her what areas got laser treatment, they just charge her $75 for 15minutes. So I asked her if she had an appointment and she said yes i had one in June and the nest one is in August. This business lied to me and charged me more for the same service they provided to another customer. I decided to do laser treatments again after not doing it for about 5 years. I thought i’d go back to SkinMedix because i had a good experience. So about 1 month or so ago I called and ask about appointments. I scheduled a 15 minutes appointment. I have a friend who has been going and always pays for 15 minutes.
