No stranger to dermatologist, it had been two years since last check up and decided it was time to see a new doctor. The entire process and visit to Skin MD was great. From receptionist, facility, nurse, doctor and even the collection lady were friendly, helpful and very thorough. Dr. “Ace” did the full evaluation, explained what was happening and what was needed and started me back on a healthy skin path. I would highly recommend.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. The PA, NOT DOCTOR, that dealt with my wife needs to find another profession because he is terrible at his job. My wife went there several times for the same issue and this guys SWEARS its Impetigo and just kept dishing out antibiotics that didn’t work. Never did a biopsy. We went to another place and they biopsied immediately and turns out it is eczema. We wasted so much money with this place on a person who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. I would love a refund since I am sure they made a nice penny off the countless antibiotics that never did anything….our health system is trash and so is this place. Google did a better job

Don’t expect to get service. This office doesn’t answer the phone or return my calls. Impossible to get ahold of this office. Even for billing (that’s something I’ve never experienced, most places make sure to have the billing/payment office staffed).

I called this place to schedule an appointment for my wife. The receptionist ask why I wanted the appointment. I told her my wife had a skin tag on her eyelid that she wanted to have removed. When we got to the appointment, the doctor told her that they did not have the equipment to do that there, then charged her $77.78 for absolutly no reason

As of 6/26/21 we may assume that the phone system for leaving messages must be broken. No return calls for three days running (6/23-24-25). Is this office and/or Hurst office still open for business? Have significant health issue to discuss. No one interested enough to return 3-4 messages re: prescription renewal or not…..very dissatisfied client of 7+ years…..KDM/TMM.
