The problem with the appointments for my husband and I was the long wait – over an hour. My husband’s was 10:15 and mine was 10:45. However they had a patient in between us which was ridiculous. We didn’t get out of the exam room until almost Noon. Janice Keane did apologize for the delay, but there is definitely a problem with your scheduling process.
