Cindy has exclusively been doing my facial services for over a year now and I can’t imagine going to anyone else now. As a researcher in my full-time job, I’m very particular with products and services that I use especially when it comes to my skin (I am Korean after all), and I know I can always trust Cindy to know the best products, services, ingredients, routines, etc., on the market and educate me on all the things while providing the most transformative facials I’ve ever had. I know she’ll be honest and real with me because she really cares what’s best for my skin and isn’t looking to push anything on you that you don’t need or that may be overpriced. Not only that, but SkinLab is super fair with pricing for procedures/services where you would probably be paying more for half of the effectiveness with outdated technology.

I came here for an acne scar treatment after battling acne for over a decade. From the moment I walked in I was politely greeted by Tessa. She was very nice and so was the whole team, including Cindy and Joshua. Cindy walked me through the whole process of microneedling with PRP, which is what I’m getting and after doing so, I felt very relieved, not only because the treatment is almost painless but also I got to see the results the other patients got. The prices are also lower here than other places I looked at. I am soo excited to start my treatment next week. Can’t wait!!
