This is the first review I’ve ever written. I think the location is beautiful, I’ve gone 2x now w/ Bianca and she is amazing. However, I will not be returning. I called in regards to my two week touch up that I could no longer make and to see if there was a way to make it work. I said on the phone I was frustrated at myself for not being able to make it work and it was my own fault. For whatever reason the woman felt it necessary on the phone to make me feel even worse, stating in a rude tone “Yes, well we did try to accommodate you by pushing it today after you moved it already and trying to see you today.” I already said it was my own fault, I’m not sure what I did to deserve such attitude, but I’ll be getting my Botox done elsewhere. I don’t speak to others like that, I wouldn’t expect someone else to.
