Neri has been beyond great! I had given up on improving my skin after working with my previous dermatologist and their med spa for over 2 years with little to no change or result to my skin. After working with Neri for the past 8 months, I can confidently say that my skin has cleared dramatically! She has clear my acne, most of my hyperpigmentation, dark eye lids and dark undereye circles. What I love the most about Skinfidence is that Neri has not only produce incredible results but she has educated me about my own skin which has helped me understand what works for my skin versus what doesn’t. Horrible customer service— I scheduled and paid for an appointment with Skinfidence a week in advance and received confirmation the morning of, but was cancelled on 45 minutes before I needed to leave for the appointment. I didn’t even receive a call, just an email that stated a “walk-in took priority”. On top of this, I recently had knee surgery and am unable to drive, so my ride and I had arranged our entire schedules around getting to this appointment. I called and left a voicemail explaining the situation and still have received no contact from Skinfidence, besides the initial cancellation email. Any business who places more importance on walk-ins over their commitments to scheduled and paying customers is NOT a business I support. Save yourself a headache by not booking here.
