Where do I begin? Great customer service but unfortunately that doesn’t make it a great business. I went here for laser hair removal. It was cheap, I saw it on Groupon and said why not. Paid in advance for six sessions. Everyone seemed friendly so I said why not? First three sessions I had an African American woman laser my face. She did GREAT! I saw results every time. My 4th session she was gone. The new lady who used the laser on my face didn’t even turn the heat on and I laid there wondering what was going on. I looked in the mirror and saw no change to my face at all when she was done. She didn’t know how to turn the machine on at first and throughout the session she didn’t seem confident. I don’t know if any of these people are legally certified. My 5th session was a different woman. It seemed like their staff was changing every time I went. Sketchy. She waved the laser around and got me in the eye. It kept slipping out her grip and she kept saying “oops.” If I didn’t have glasses on I’d be blind most definitely because I could still feel the heat around my eye when I left. My final session, still no results since my 3rd session. No cooling gel, no glasses. Just went to work, and again no results. I see other women sitting around the office. I think they are using other cheap procedures they have there to keep up their images. I wouldn’t go here for laser hair again. Give somewhere else a try. I only finished my sessions because I paid for it in advance and I wanted to see if anyone could do it right, nobody did. They didn’t know what level they needed to be at with the heat after the 3rd session and it was just a waste of time. Sorry.

Do not get eyeliner from here. I drove two hours to go to them because they had good reviews. However, 2 hours in the chair, lots of pain, 2 weeks of bruised swollen painful black eyes, and when the swelling and bruising went away they did now match, had gaps, smudges and lines were not straight. Drove two hours for my touch up appointment. She made a few passes and then her machine “broke”. She said she had ordered another one but it wasn’t going to be there until Monday. (Why did you let me drive 2 hours knowing your machine was questionable) and yes she knew I was driving two hours to get there. Also, during this second appointment she had he husband come hold me because “I was blinking” and she tried to do something she called lifting the ink to clean up her lines from before. It was clear she knew she messed up.

The staff is very nice. Very professional. I’ve had 2 sessions of laser hair removal. This last time, i had Danielle to do it, and she is great! Very personable and funny! Can’t wait until my next treatment!

When I went look for a place to get laser hair removal I was not sure where to go but then found this place. It is small but very client centered to making you feel relaxed and at ease while in treatment. I had my lower legs laiser hair removal done and love that even after the first session I could notice a difference in thickness was way less than before treatment. I have very thick course hair so I have had more sessions than normal but cannot complain about the service that the provided me. Thank you.

I had the laser hair removal completed and it was a great success. I was nervous at first because this office was so much less expensive than others I had checked into, but it is apparently because they have so many clients that they can charge less! It was pain free and quick. I went on my lunch breaks and still had time for lunch. The staff is very professional and personable. My daughters have since booked their consult appointments.

Lessen to the bad reviews, I went for microneedling there I only went 3 times and I pay for six sessions. But somehow they kept loosing my paper work, so every time I have to sign their policy, on my last appointment they took me an hour late. They sweet people but yes I don’t think this place is worth it.

Tony did a great job. First I got the eyeliner done. Got the liner done on a Friday and on Monday didn’t wear any other makeup. Several people asked me what did I do different to my makeup that it looked so good. Today I had my eyebrows done. I had none before so it made a big change.

When I first went for my Laser Hair Removal I was told it may take longer for my hair to stop growing. It did take two packages but it went away beautifully. I am from the middle East and we grow a lot of hair, but with TLC and a little longer time they took good care of me at Skinetics. My hair is gone and I am happy.

Arrived early, and they were very accommodating. They are incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in the door for my first visit, they treated me like family. I could’ve stayed for hours and talked with all of them. It’s a small office, but quaint and welcoming. I love the atmosphere and generosity!!

The staff are nice but the whole laser deal is a scam. I paid for a full body treatment ( 6 sessions ) and they promised me with extra ( 2 sessions ) if the 6 sessions didn’t do the job, and guess what? The 6 sessions were useless, I still had hair everywhere! It was a little patchy on some areas, but not a whole lot of difference. And then When I asked for my 2 free extra sessions that they promised, they said: since the 6 sessions didn’t do progress you need to purchase another full body package.
