From the minute you walk in your greeted with a friendly hello. The staff are so nice and professional. The office is very clean and organized. You have a one one one experience. This is not a cookie cutter med spa. From the minute you walk in everything is explained to you and what will occur. Josephine goes over everything depending on what you are there for. She goes over everything step by step and will tell you what she thinks will help/look good and is very knowledgeable! She goes over everything step by step and will tell you what she thinks will help/look good and is very knowledgeable! She was very gentle when doing my laser. I had laser done somewhere else and never saw results until now. I am very happy with the results. I will be recommending her to all of my friends.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valueedited to add i will be showing this response to my new injector to see what they have to say about your claims. future customers please be wary of this location.I received 30 units for forehead lines, the botox never kicked in. Spoke to other friends who were also referred to this facility and theyve all experienced the same issue. Not sure if the botox was cut with saline or less was administered than discussed, but posting this so potential clients are informed. Josephine has been made aware of the situation by several friends and shes used the excuse that the covid vaccine could be the culprit making the botox less effective (which is not true) and also another excuse was someone being “too skinny” so the botox metabolized quicker than normal (also sketchy). She has refunded a friend for their last visit after being asked about all these issues with botox and her clients.
