She explained all the products she was using and why they would benefit my skin. She encouraged any questions, but also encouraged laying back, enjoying and taking the time to relax! At the very end, she gave her professional opinion on which products would work best for my skin and helped develop a skincare routine for me. My skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. Such a great experience for my first facial/skin treatment. Tay made sure the environment was clean, relaxing and welcoming. She explained all the products she was using and why they would benefit my skin. She encouraged any questions, but also encouraged laying back, enjoying and taking the time to relax! At the very end, she gave her professional opinion on which products would work best for my skin and helped develop a skincare routine for me. My skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. She is such a sweet soul, and her passion for her work shows in the care she takes with her clients. She listens but she also looks. Sometimes we think we know our skin but Tay takes time to learn our skin from a professionals eye, and treat it according to its needs; all while keeping you as in the loop as you want to be about the products and techniques she’s using and/or recommending. I was never a skincare routine girl but after my skin got so much TLC this past year with Skincare Studio, I have a whole routine, daily/weekly/monthly and I even use SPF almost all the time. Tay always has a clean and RELAXING workspace. It’s not just a facial or a waxing, it’s a chance to just rejuvenate your mind and your spirit by showing yourself some love through self-care. I suffer from acne i’ve went to Taylor twice now without hesitation and I have my third appointment booked. She is amazing she explains everything step by step while she is doing your facial. She helps you receive the results you are looking for. Taylor even helped me figure out a new skincare routine that works for me. Also she is amazing at eyebrows. 10/10 recommend!
