Her services are provided with attention to cleanliness of her space and hygiene in the use of her products. She answers all questions about services and products but is never trying to sell anything, only when I inquire. She is friendly and personable. Olivia studied my skin history and concerns and customized the facial to address those and maximize the results.The next morning my skin was so soft and hydrated and looks so much better!
