This is not my first lip augmentation/correction procedure. It’s been more than three years since I did this last time. When I came to the salon, I immediately liked everything, the master did everything as I wanted, very professionally, the various items that I was given in my hands for distraction helped a lot. I absolutely love SkinBe Med Spa. I have been their client for 5 years and initially started going for the vitamin D booster shots since I was deficient. I then expanded my treatments to IV nutritional therapy and skincare treatments that includes medical grade skincare and Dermaplane. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring plus they make you feel comfortable during your visit. If you are searching for a med spa, this place is for you!!

I absolutely love the Obagi products and will continue to use them but unfortunately canceled my membership with SkinBe after the treatment(s) I received at the last few sessions. The turn over is high as with all nursing positions right now. They hold you to the cancellation policy and will charge you $100 if you canceled within 48 hours but frequently reschedule your appointment. They were over booked and had to have 3 people do my treatment session when I was unable to move my appointment to a later time that day. I felt my treatments were rushed and used as an education session with the young lady getting her certification. The nurse was in and out and cut me several times near my eye during the dermaplane. I had several people ask me after if I’d fallen and scrapped my face on the concrete. I sent a picture to the spa and the nurse called me the next day. She asked how I was and said she heard I had a cut by my mouth. They take pictures and she should have known where the cuts were. No apologies were offered!!! My next treatment included dysport. I developed huge bags under my eyes which aged me about 10 years right before a big trip I was taking. I met with the Medical Director who is an NP to review my results. She gasped and said “oh” when I showed her the before treatment vs the after pictures. She thought my body was reacting to the treatment in the “jelly roll”. Again no apologies or sympathy to the fact that I come there to feel beautiful and I felt awful to the point of moving an important business lunch to an outside venue on a warm day so I could wear sunglasses and hide my eyes. Lastly I was extremely nervous to came back to finish my treatment in my forehead but did and the price quoted had increased by about $100. I declined the treatment and canceled my membership.

Let me tell you! Skinbe is the spa that has it all, and definitely the place to BE YOU! I go to Skinbe monthly for my VIP treatment of either the Dermaplane or a drip! The dermaplane make my face feel smoother and look younger. For me it has also reduced the appearance of acne scars. The Dominate is by far my favorite drip, but all of them have amazing benefits! Besides my monthly visits, I’ve also had many other amazing experiences at SkinBe. The Microneedling with PRP is probably the most invasive skin rejuvenation process you can have, but let me tell you the aftermath is AMAZING! If you like me are just too young to be looking tired, have dark circles, under-eye bags, or hollowing around the eyes you must have your tear troughs done by one of the amazing master injectors. I can’t say enough about SkinBe besides if you haven’t been yet WHAT are you waiting for?!? It is an experience that you will keep going back for!!!

They are very kind, I started with injections to help me recover my energy and basic problems of menopause, really my energy has not improved much nor my hot flashes. Another drawback with them is that unfortunately my veins are not that easy to get for the IV, I think for patients like me they should have a nurse with more experience on that. The last time I took more than 1 hour with the IV and I didn’t even have half the fluid, I was so frustrated, I am apologize for my behavior. But for me it was a waste of my money.
