So glad to have found Skinani! I have tried multiple services with Nikki and have been so happy with them all. The spa is so beautiful and peaceful, it’s a treat just to go there. All staff is so welcoming and friendly, and Nikki is a true expert in her field. I always have so many questions when I go, and she takes time to listen and answer every question and make recommendations based upon what I’m looking for. She makes sure I am comfortable throughout the visit. I always leave feeling great, relaxed and excited for the next appointment. After trying several med spas in Tucson, I have found the best!

Nikki is so thorough and was very patient with my several questions I was asking her to start prepping my skin for my wedding and for getting lip fillers for the first time. I decided to go with the lip fillers and she was amazing and again explained everything step by step. I also recently took my mom for a facial and she can’t stop raving about how well it went. There are not enough stars here to give an accurate rating! Nikki deserves all the praise, awards, and accolades one can throw at her. I’ve been wanting and praying I’d find a surgeon to give me a face lift where I wouldn’t look like I’d been in a car accident or have the final results where I look like a shiny frightened lizard! Then I heard about Nikki. For Pennies compared to a lift she easily took 15 years off my face and I’m 65. But have had cashiers at the grocery store guess not a day over 40!!!! She is a P. A. which also leans in her favor and her artistry and skill and knowledge are unsurpassed. I am bound to her for life as I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the delicate balance of my facial features or the beautiful glow she has given back to my skin. If I could adopt her…I would. You are doing yourself and your skin an enormous disfavor by passing up on the talent of this delightful woman and her husband. They make the best team, and I for one feel privileged to have found them. And if my face could speak for herself, she’d agree. See my photo below, I’m 65 in this picture and it’s all because of Nikki that I look no where near my age!
