Polite staff, and I agree with their minimal approach, but a complete waste of time and money. Poor communication between providers. After my third follow up appointment due to poor results, I ended up leaving no without correction with the feeling that I was dealing with amateurs. It should not take three visits to correct forehead lines and an over active brow. Waste of time, and now I have to pay someone else to get it right.

I give Skin 365 my highest recommendation. Nurse Jolyn is the absolute best. She takes the time to carefully analyze and assess her patients’ needs and determines the best products and treatments to achieve beautiful and natural looking results. Even when I relocated several miles away, I gladly drove the distance to see Jolyn. The office staff is professional, welcoming, and friendly. They always make your feel comfortable and at home. Every experience has been outstanding.

I was totally apprehensive and very uneducated in all of this! When I called Brandy was so kind and patient with me, answering my questions regardless of how obvious they might have seemed. It took me over a year to officially book an appointment and in all honesty I called frequently to talk through it all, never once did I feel I was bothering or annoying the receptionist. Once I finally decided to book an appointment, it was so quick and easy to get in, they accommodated my schedule so that I could come in when it was convenient for me. Elizabeth did such a nice job, I wanted to start small and to no surprise was hesitant once I was actually in the office, but she talked through the pricing with me and was very honest about what she actually thought I needed. To have someone in this field spend so much time and work through it with you the way Elizabeth did for me, is invaluable. I highly recommend going to see Elizabeth, even if you are also apprehensive, she will make you feel comfortable and confident in your decision. Her work is perfection, underwhelming and tactful. There aren’t enough stars to give Skin 365. I have been going to them for 6 years, and all I have experienced is excellent service. Jolyn is truly the best! She always listens to what my concerns are and guides me on what I should & should not do to my face, and the results are AMAZING!!! My facial are done by Lisa and when I am done she makes my skin look rejuvenated again. Their entire staff are so welcoming, and wonderful. It’s worth the drive from Newport Beach to visit Skin 365!!!

Critical: QualityI wasn’t going to write this review until my experience with Jolyn. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. First I call to schedule an appointment for a simple lip dissolving, which she has previously filled. I was told Jolyn does not see patients after 5 so they schedume with Elizabeth. As I arrive to my appointment I’m waiting to be seen and surprisingly Jolyn calls me in. I told her I was suprised she called me in since I was told she does not see clients after 5. She rudely responds that she doesn’t and that her family comes first and she would rather be with them but she stayed for me!! Very Unprofessional I told her I wanted a little bit of dissolvant to dissolve my lips. She did not listen to my concerns and went on and in about how my lips were filled 7 months ago and that I did not need dissolvant unless I wanted to dissolve my own collagen. Her comments were totally rude Unprofessional and careless. She had the nerve to tell me as her client that I am not unhappy with the results and that i just want to see someone else. At this point I was so upset I requested to see the Dr she was working under. She continues to be rude and careless and walks to the front desk to tell the girls not to give me my medical records anymore that I will wait to see the Dr. As she is making rude facial expressions what kind of license personnarenyou. Keep in mind guys that after I asked to speak with Dr shes writing additional notes in my medical record saying she has tried different techniques but I was still unhappy thats falsifying records!! You dont add comments that didn’t happen months later in someone’s chart! When they asknto speak with the Dr. First off I am a regular client and use to spend alot of money there. I did not deserve this type of behavior. If you are going to be upset at your clients for being unhappy with your work then maybe you shouldn’t practice anesthetics. I wanted to share my experience so that no one has to go through what I went through. She really botched my lips I had a rope full of filler sitting in one area and she was careless about it. Jolyn is the best in the business! I have been going to her for ten years, and she is hands down a leader in her field. She is knowledgeable about all products new and old, and I always come away looking natural and refreshed, not frozen or artificial. She takes her time with you, is very efficient, and will only do what she knows will look best. I will never go to anyone else. Please stick with your day job Jolyn..I don’t know who else I would recommend people too, or what I would do without you!

As a former swimmer, beach goer and sunbather I needed a little skin boost. Afraid to look “over done,” I searched non stop for a solid week before deciding Skin 365 was the place to be. I read every single Yelp review and was overwhelmed by two things. 1.) How happy their patients were. 2.) How most of those patients had been injected by Nicola. So feeling sold on Nicola I made an appointment for the following week and trotted on over. SHE IS SO LOVELY AND AMAZING! Nicola was incredibly conscientious about how many units I needed, my budget and overall comfort. Post a couple days after the Botox set in I had multiple coworkers ask if I was happier (due to my relaxed face) and both my sister and roommate booked an appointment with Nicola the next day (#referral). For a solid year I have tried other places, but I can honestly tell you Nicola is hands down the best injector in the South Bay. I want my Botox to last forever, but secretly can’t wait to pop back in just to say hi to Nicola and all the other super sweet staff members.

Skin 365 has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Elizabeth does Botox and other fillers on my face and lips. Elizabeth takes her time looking at my face, asks what i want and gives me her feedback on what she thinks. I am always happy with what Elizabeth uses and does to my face.
