The one massage I got was great. I signed up for the membership program because they are in my neighborhood. Unfortunately for me, they lost staff and continued to be booked out so far in advance with limited staff that I couldn’t get appointments. 5 paid months later and I’ve only had 1 massage, will be charged for one more in June because of their 30 day in person cancellation form they require. Those prepaid massages are forfeited once you cancel.

My chemical peel with Maria was fast, but she ensured I was comfortable, and helped me understand my skin needs better. Decided to become a member and was not forced into it, but was provided all the information without trying to upsell. Very excited to become a part of the Skin Zen family! I decided to become a member after all to ensure lower prices and consistent services!

I have been a client since its opening in the Arboretum Crossing shopping center. Now in North Austin on Jollyville Road, the aestheticians are knowledgeable and careful. The product choices are cleansing, smoothing and reviving. I’ve had one mishap with the Premiere Membership, but the slight increase in monthly cost is still reasonable considering I’ve used their services for over a decade. Ask questions if you ever need to make a change to your account in order to find all the options available. You’ll feel even more beautiful once you visit Skin Zen!!!

I had an excellent experience during my first essential facial at Skin Zen Spa. Lauren did such a great job. I have a very problematic and sensitive skin, 13 years of acne, so I was a little bit afraid, but there was no reason. My skin was clean, relaxed, radiant and way better looking after we were done. I can’t wait to go back. My boyfriend is already tired of me talking about it all the time but he said I have to go back :)) I had the best wellness experience. Thank you

This place ruined my day. DO NOT GO HERE for a facial. They fraudulently scheduled me at 6PM only to tell me I was “20minutes late” for my appointment when I arrived 10 minutes early– I had blocked out the entire latter half of the day for my appointment to avoid traffic by staying in a nearby cafe. I was really hoping to relax, but instead was left miserable, disrespected, and upset the entire facial, which was mediocre and extremely rushed. I did not receive the full amount of time for my facial. The employees who work here were not friendly or compassionate. Even though I was clearly sad about their mistake, they tried to blame me even though I received a written TEXT saying that appointment was indeed at 6PM. The atmosphere was bad and cold. I’m never coming here again and would not recommend this place. Terrible customer service.

Got a massage here. It was very tranquil and an easy place to relax due to the ambiance. They also have their own line of skin care products that are affordable and really work well for my skin. I have also had a facial here that by far my most favorite. Bo is amazing!
