Acne Scar Treatment
Skin resurfacing is a laser acne-scar removal method that helps to smooth the surface of the skin. I have been bringing my son to the Sterling Heights location for a couple of years and the experience is always amazing. I work full time and it is hard to take time off, but they always have a late appointment available to accommodate my schedule. The staff is so very friendly and always makes us feel welcome. They are also very efficient and we never have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the Doctor. There isn’t enough words of gratitude I can express to Kristen Fitzpatrick and her staff for making my son feel so comfortable myself so comfortable for all these years and many more to come. All of the employees from the Dr’s to the individuals assisting, billing, front deck etc have all been wonderful to work with through this process! I cannot recommend them enough! Hello on Jan/3/23 after my appointment, Nurse Stephanie asked me to leave a review of my jan.3/2023 appointment. Here is my review Stephney. Three weeks prior to my appointment I called and spoke with the receptionist Lindsey, helpful of my needs, polite. Jan 3/2023 appointment day, signed in, because of Lindsays help prior to appointment date it was nice with no pop quizzes at sign in time, thank you. Nice comfortable waiting room, maybe add a small desk or 2, restrooms had the very nice hand sanitizer with lotion. In the waiting room there were two of the nicest clear glass vases I had ever seen, with Babo in them, Bambo so fresh I thought it had been cut fresh and flown in that morning from Asia. In a picture sitting on the display case to my right was Dr Seiger, the pioneer of the hour lift. A dermatologist sought out by clients from all over the world. His dedication to dermatology and his patients is in a class of its own Thank you Dr Seiger. Thanks to my health insurance company without them there would have been no appointment and the Skin & Vein center for accepting my health insurance. After a brief waiting room stay Nurse Stepheny called me back to the examining room. Nurse Stephanie then asks me the reason for appointment, I explained. Nurse Stephanie was understanding of my skin concerns and product concerns and briefed Dr Julie. Dr Julie came in after her briefing and wrote her Orders. Dr Julie, your concern of my pulmonary condition was very comforting thank you Dr Julie. After skin treatment was ordered and notes were being taken, we had a brief debate, Stephanie it was 2 against 1, pilot 07 pens are the superior writing pen! On my way out there was Feleica kind and polite. Hanging on the wall near the exit were these kind words in a picture frame; Remember when you go into the world to keep your eyes and ears wide open and be kind love one another. Take care of each other tell the truth always do your best listen to the big people and little people explore new paths & have fun know that you are loved like crazy give thanks for all your blessings. above all else love and you will do wonderful things in this world!
