I have been going to Skin Tight Body Contouring for years. The Laser Lipo was a treatment that drove me to get back into shape and still does, I call it the investment that’s the support to the gym. Nadim is so amazing, supportive and honest. She is very knowledgeable and wants to see that each treatment or service at the spa is successful. Please know that these treatments are amazing, Nadim is upfront with her clients that in order to achieve success in ANY weight loss program your work outside the spa such as good healthy eating habits and exercise must correlate with the work she does at the spa. I personally like the requirement to commit. I was looking for an extra boost before my vacation and tried the infrared Fit Body wrap. It soon became a favorite because I love heat and how it truly burned so many calories, filters toxins, etc. in a short amount of time. I am anxious to try the new Cocoon Wellness! Nadim is always seeking something new to bring to the spa to meet the needs of her customers of all ages and body types. My male friend is a Veteran and has body aches, etc. He too is excited to try the new Cocoon Wellness. Nadim’s advise has also changed my life. Medically, I swell from poor circulation from a slowing lymphatic system. Nadim introduced me to dry brushing and I can move now without pressure pain and the cellulite on my legs has diminished. I was actually surprised that I did have results so even though she may seem to try to be up-selling, it’s actually because she knows her treatment results vs your goal. It’s 4 months later and I booked another round to help speed up some more loss in conjunction with a little more physical activity I added into my life since I finished my first treatments.
