I couldn’t have been more pleased with my visit with Pat, I am one who is always learning and she being big on education and was very informative about skin health, and she explained every step so that I understood exactly what she was doing and why. I in general have pretty healthy skin but as in many things it’s the fine-tuning that makes a look stand out, I received many compliments, my skin has had a healthy glow and has felt great since my visit!

Unfortunately, a week after experiencing no results, whatsoever, I contacted Patty (the owner) to discuss this. She abruptly flew into a defensive position before listening to a full two sentences. She refused to stand behind the treatment and said “Its going to cost you” – I said, “It already did, $440.worth” She then admitted that they were returning to using the original product, for this very reason, verses the “alternative”.
