I love the staff at Skin Suite RX! This was my first time here and the office is super inviting, modern, comfortable, and the staff are SOOO friendly and helpful. I hate feeling like a number or a price tag, and I definitely did not get that feeling here. I got in at my scheduled time with no hold up, I previously filled out the paperwork online so I just had a quick clearance with their Nurse Practitioner and then Kathy, the injecting nurse, came in and got to work. I loved that she really assessed and marked out all the problem areas with different facial expressions and then went over with me her plan. The communication and thoroughness exceeded my expectations. The injections were pretty painless for the most and very mild at most. I have had Dysport injections before and this time I went with Xiomen to give it a try, both were effective for me, but I am liking the results of the Xiomen a bit better… maybe it was just because Kathy did a great job!
