I go to Madison for facials/dermaplane and recently visited the Powell location it was very clean. I have super dry skin and my skin is doing so much better even in the winter thanks to Madison! I would highly recommend!! 10/10

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI can’t say enough about my experience with Skin & Sugar. I had a friend recommend sugar treatment to me (in grown hairs and irritation along my bikini line) and after much research, I took the chance on Skin and Sugar and I’m so glad I did! I scheduled an appointment that same week. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text from their salon reminding you. You respond to the text when you arrive and they will tell you when your room is ready. This makes for speedy check in process and limits the amount of people in the main room at once (COVID things). When I walked in, they took my temp real quick and then we went right back to the room.Since I didn’t plan super far in advance of the treatment, I had only been growing the hair for about 8 days when they actually recommend AT LEAST 10-14. Despite this, my esthetician was nothing but professional and did a perfect job. We had a great conversation the whole time which limited my concentration on the discomfort and she checked in on my comfort level multiple times. I would say the discomfort is on the same level to waxing. I had some mild skin irritation for 24-48 hours after, which is expected, and was SO HAPPY with the results. It’s been almost 14 days now and the hair has barely started growing back. My bikini line has always been something I was self conscious about but I felt AMAZING and rocked a high riding suit on my honeymoon feeling great! I am hooked and am definitely going to come back for regular sugar treatments now. And from now on I’ll definitely grow out the recommended 10-14 days to optimize my results and make things easier on my esthetician!Also love that they have discrete cards planted in the rooms where women who need help can safely say so.I can’t say enough about my experience with Skin & Sugar. I had a friend recommend sugar treatment to me (in grown hairs and irritation along my bikini line) and after much research, I took the chance on Skin and Sugar and I’m so glad I did! Abigail took her time to assess my skins needs and did a really great job at explaining what she was doing without over doing it.I got the O2 facial with dermaplane and left with super plump, hydrated skin. I was able to completely relax and enjoy the facial at 8 months pregnant and can’t wait to go back!Next I plan on doing the hydro-facial with dermaplane and some sugaring but I’m willing to bet that anything you try there, you will leave pampered & impressed!Also, their Powell location is just the cutest. <3I have gotten many facials over the years and OMG...
