Leg veins reduction works!!!! Shelly and Autumne were very sweet and careful with me. The treatment is a little painful but they took care of me every time. The treatment works well but the marks take a long time to go away.

Was great the first time. 2nd unfortunately Shelly the owner must be going through a tough time in her life. Place was closed during normal business hours. and communications was not clear, she forgot what type of appointment I was scheduled for and then realized and said, “oh I don’thave time for that”. Owner was late opening up her shop 1.5 hrs late. Did not do a good of a job as the first time. Im left going elsewhere to fix her unfinished work. Sold me lotion instead of numbing cream. Hope she finds the healing she needs so she can turn her life around.

Unorganized, changes sceduled appointment procedure to incorrect procedure. Closes during normal business hours. Outdated IPL equipment. Not consistent with treatment – does a decent job the first time then after purchasing more sessions, cuts corners the second time after getting your money and causing you to go elsewhere to correct her mistakes. Reccomend SKIN Med Spa & Laser – Castle Hills Adriana does a fabulous job and does NOT cut corners.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’d definitely recommend the place. The ladies are all super friendly, the place is clean and cute, and I feel that they always respect their clients privacy. It is a small boutique so I do sometimes have to leave a voicemail but I’ve never had a problem with them calling me back! Plus the software they use to confirm and remind you about appointments makes it super easy! They use the proper, most up-to-date machines for laser hair removal. I’ve seen great progress and love how affordable it is. All the ladies are great, and I have zero complaints. Definitely worth it!!!

In the beginning everything was perfect, everyone was nice, the service was great etc, but towards the end not so much. I bought my laser hair removal package on Groupon so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it. I spent over a week trying to schedule an appointment, but no one was ever there to answer the phone. I won’t be going back and I’m not even done with all my treatments.

I am a health care provider and have very high standards. I’ve been getting services for 2 years at this location. The staff is professional and great at what they do. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this provider. You make an appointment, confirm your appointment and show up on time—that is a common courtesy. You are told up front if you don’t show up or are late, what the consequences are. The person posting a bad review didn’t follow the rules and didn’t like the consequences. Again, common courtesy, not only to the provider but to other customers.

This place is wonderful! I bought a Groupon thinking, “oh man, I hope this goes okay.” I am not disappointed at all. They receptionist is always so nice when I come in and every time I call she is very helpful. I am having the Brazilian laser hair removal done, and have had 2 treatments done now. I feel confident saying – this works!! The technicians are great and take the time to explain what they are going to do and how it works. The question I keep being asked is, “Does it hurt?” so let’s answer that now, it does not “hurt”, but is slightly uncomfortable during the very quick process. There is no discomfort for me afterward… and I have a LOW pain tolerance. The ONLY suggestion I would make – to the customer – book all your appointments ahead!! They have over a thousand Groupons sold, so they are booked up for 2 months out. You can book them way ahead of time with the girl up at the front when you leave. DEFINITELY DO THIS!!!
