This happened to me twice now so had to share it here so that everyone is aware of it too. I had booked facial appointments that said they are 90 min sessions. But actually it was wrapped within an hour including the changing time which felt unfair to me. When I questioned, I was said that 90 min session also includes their room cleaning time. In that case, I feel that it will be better if the description of the facial mentions the same.
