I had a great experience! The place is a little hard to find because it’s a basement, so look for the address and walk down the steps and you’ll see the sign there. The staff were so lovely and all greeted me. I checked in easily and then was offered tea or water (anyone that has green tea already gets major points for me!). Immediately they put the gel on my eyebrows to numb them. After 30 minutes, my lady came out and drew an outline of what my eyebrows would look like. She also asked if I had any reference pictures and I showed her one and she explained what was done in that picture so I could fully understand. After we went into the back into my room and she made sure to show me that all the needles were new and unopened. The procedure didn’t hurt much, probably a 4/10 because I got my eyebrows shaded (that one hurt quite a bit). She showed me the mirror throughout to see if I liked how it was going. Overall I LOVE my eyebrows. Staff gets a 10/10! I 100% recommend them!

My face is feeling much fresher and smoother after a wonderful, relaxing facial, too. I went to Skin Station because of a Groupon deal, but I will definitely be a regular here! Fantastic service!

That was a complete waist of money “total loss”. I booked 1hr massage and 1 hr facial on groupon. The massage person was argumentative, when I tried to tell her that it was her technique is painful she argued, I ended up feeling pain/bruised her fingers felt like needles. And tips was another story because she thought $10 is not enough.

Went there TODAY 4/7 for birthday massage and observed many many many flying termites in bathroom. When I went to lay on bed I noticed more in massage room and on bed. Place should not be operating at all.
