Had the most amazing experience at Skin Specifics! I did full facial balancing with filler and I am loving my results (chin, jawline, midface and a few other areas with sculptra). I have been coming here for over three years and have always had a 5 star experience – from the staff to the injectors. Anusha and Annette are world class injectors who prioritize natural results and safety, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Which is why I fly all the way from Dallas to be treated here. I am doing Morpheus here as well and the results for skin tightening on lower face are incredible. For Morpheus – they do a very amazing numbing block so you don’t feel anything! Very few providers know how to numb well for this and I can tell you it makes all the difference. I trust their training on Morpheus and techniques based on the results! It’s not just about the machine it’s about who is using the machine also! I purchase my ZO skincare through them as well. Truly a wonderful place. Best of the best

The most unprofessional, disastrous experience I have ever had. Arrived 10 mins before my appointment, filled out paperwork and waited. Then 15 mins later they took me into a room, another 20 mins later they move me to another room. I asked how much longer I had to wait since I had other plans after. The assistant told me Anusha is with a client who requires extra attention and it will be another 20mins or so. I said well it’s been 35 mins and you want me to wait another 30 mins to see Anusha?? How is this even possible to have an appointment and have to wait over an hour to be seen? Finally Anusha showed up and no apologies or anything for making me wait an hour past my appointment. We did my fillers, the under eye procedure was so bad that I had a bruised swollen eye for over 2 weeks and even now 2 months later it’s still bruised, did not go away. I have done similar procedures in the past and never had such a horrible experience. I made another appointment to follow up to make sure everything was okay with my procedures. A couple of days before my appointment Therese calls me and says I’m going to have to cancel your appointment and give you an appointment at a later date.! I was shocked, I said why can’t I come in on my appointment date? Theresa said Anusha won’t be in town, how unprofessional I thought to my self didn’t you know that before you gave the appointment? I went along with it and made another appointment at a later date. Went in for my appointment and asked if I had to wait more than 15 mins to see Anusha from previous bad experience and Theresa told me it’s probably going to be another 30-40 mins, really?? I was appalled in disbelief that this was happening again. I just left, I was so upset.
