Our signature facial is customized for your skin needs and includes extractions. It’s the perfect treatment to prepare skin for more advanced treatments or to simply maintain your complexion.		$100.00
Microdermabrasion
This physical exfoliation sloughs off dry skin & dehydrated skin, re-textures fine lines and diminishes the appearance of pores.		$80.00

Dermaplaning
This procedure uses a straight-edge blade and will allow products and laser therapies to penetrate the skin more easily. It can be performed alone or in combination with other therapies to treat fine lines, vellus hair and pigmentation irregularities.		$150.00

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

The best beauty clinic in Boston! I just moved to Boston and did an IPL somewhere else in Boston last week. I regret I have done that since after a week my skin becomes super sensitive and has breakouts. I do IPL 3 times per year since 2019 and it never happened to me before. I turned to this beauty clinic for a cleaning. I had my custom facial with Johanna and it was awesome The best facial experience I’ve ever had so far. Will be back in 2 weeks for LUMECCA.

I’ve been coming here for years and just had another wonderful facial with Johanna. The space is so clean and inviting, and the skin care services are truly customized to your needs. I have seen a massive improvement in my skin since getting treatments here and following the skin care guidance they have provided. Today Johanna was really patient and took the time to listen to my concerns and closely review my skin before advising what she recommended. The facial was lovely, the extractions were really gentle, and I walked away feeling like my skin was glowing. She also recommended a product that would be really helpful to address my sensitive skin and it’s not something that they sell, so I appreciated the honest advice and not a generic upsell. I had two treatments here, a deep tissue massage and a hydrafacial. The hydra facial was good although I did experience some redness, but that’s normal since I haven’t had one before (skin was perfectly fine the next day). The deep tissue massage was okay. She started with some stretching which was fine and the proceeded with the massage. For some reason she did not do both sides of my body, just had me lay on my front the whole time and never had me flip over to do the rest (head/neck,chest,quads, etc). That’s the only part that was disappointing as that’s usually the process for every massage.

As a man, I did a lot of research on where I could get laser hair removal, not only for the results (many places just cater to women) but also my own comfort level. I’m so happy to have found Johanna at New York Skin Spa. She is not only professional and that within itself brings results (the difference is night and day), but she also is very caring to her clients and their skin.
