I had an appointment last week with the therapist. She contacted me using the same phone number as her website and wanted to reschedule to Tuesday feb. 8. I agreed and was excited for my massage. I went there yesterday at 8:20pm for my 8:30 appointment. Her office is in a building that has doors locked after 5pm. I contacted her through text and phone calls but she never responded. I was outside waiting for her to open the door which never happened. No contact from therapist at all and I used the phone number she was using to message me as well as the website number (that’s when I realized it’s the same and there should be no excuse for her lack of communication when she supposedly blocked off 8:30-9:30 for my massage) I left around 8:40pm. She finally responded to me at 10pm yesterday and said she never saw her phone and that she believed I no showed even though she works at an office building that would need to be unlocked by her to let me in. She didn’t reach out asking where I was or if I was coming. She was very court and accused me of no showing when I was standing outside in the cold (Michigan weather) waiting for someone to open the door. She was unprofessional and I’d rather give another company my money.

Should be zero stars. First appt was canceled by her same day & it took 4 weeks to get another. Second appt was again canceled same day by email, not a call nor text so I drove there. When I saw email that evening I saw it said a new appt was scheduled 4 weeks out yet again. I will not try a third time with this very sub standard practice & wish I’d seem some of the other reviews before booking the first time.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had an appointment and I confirmed it TWICE and waited a whole month for it because of a Groupon offer!! And then they texted me the morning of the appointment, while I was at work, and because I didn’t answer for 3 hours they cancelled the appointment….I called back over an hour before the appointment to see what was going on and was continually told that this was my fault. Do not give these people your money please.Their positive reviews only come from friends and family.

First massage was great no issues then when it came time to my second massage 3x I had an issue with having my appointment.
