Don’t waste your money, time or risk your health here!!! I began going here to get laser hair removal on my chin and neck. I haven’t lost a single hair since going for 6 treatments. I am absolutely unsatisfied. The shop/salon is unsanitary and disgusting. For example, Jae gave me eye covers to use like you would use in a tanning bed but there was mascara gobbed all inside of the eye covers. She laughed and said I could wipe it out (me! Not her, not with cleaning solution.. me, with my shirt). Then she complained about another man who she said absolutely freaked out at the site of the mascara in there. This seems rather common place for her if she was even telling me that. If she’s not cleaning even the eye covers between visits, what’s to say she’s cleaning the gun that she’s using on different parts of everyone’s bodies?

I would not waste my money here. I went for 8 laser hair removal sessions. Nothing happened. After 1 session at another place, I saw results.
