I have been coming here for a year and have had the best experience. I have the monthly membership which is a great price and allows me to get a facial (or other services) every month. Nayah is the best. My acne and skin has overall improved so much since I’ve been going to her and she is the sweetest!! There is also never a wait time. I love it here.

I Love this spa! I came here for Emsculpt, which I love!! Then, I also bought a yearly membership package, which allows you 1 free service a month plus add ons for $800. Great deal! So far a got a facial and massage, all staff is so talented and amazing. Highly recommend Naya, Jackie for massages, and Francesca for facials! I have been to many luxury spas and trust me this place will not disappoint you!

I came here for laser hair removal for several areas and for the most part I did notice a big difference in my hair growth however after having come for services for almost 2 YEARS I still notice hair growing back in many spots (dark hair) that should have definitely been gone by now. I have light skin and dark hair (the type of person laser works well on). I don’t believe they use the best power on their machines and services are not very individualized. it’s all about the packaging and money and the packages are extremely confusing. I loved Marcie and the people at the place but i think they just want you to keep you coming back for more and more. it’s ridiculous how long it’s been and i still have stubble in several areas. You’re better off spending more money else where and having less sessions.

They machines they use are very new and up to date with technology and quick results. So far I’m happy with my results and I’m not even halfway done with my sessions. I started a membership here mostly for the laser hair removal, but then I got pregnant and continued my membership while not being able to do the laser hair removal service so I tried the facials and massages and I’ve had a great experience every single time. It’s an additional $25 for the prenatal massage, but very well worth it. The girls that work there have been amazing.

Had a service done and was annoyed that the entire time the girls hair was in my face , in my eyes etc. Their hair should be tied back if it’s long and they are doing a service hanging over you. Should have been relaxing and I had this girls hair in my eyes nose and mouth

Critical: PunctualityI recently started laser hair removal. 1st time we were seen 45 minutes past out appointment. Second time we were seen 30 minutes past our appointment. Third time we were seen 15 minutes past our appointment. I still have 4 more sessions left. Hopefully they will be managing their appointments better in the future.
