In July 2016 I had plastic surgery through Plastic and Hand to close a 1.5 inch wound on my cheek following removal of a melanoma in situ. My surgeon was Dr Maddali. I was totally satisfied with this experience: before the surgery Dr Maddali was so informative and clear about what he was planning to do and the result so far (one month later) has exceeded my expectations. Everyone at Plastic and Hand was friendly and courteous, they arranged my surgery at relatively short notice and I received excellent information prior to the surgery about what I needed to do to prepare. I would recommend Dr Maddali and his team without hesitation.

I called on 9/9, the day my husband broke his hand and went to the ER. I asked for Dr Fitz’s assistant and was told that he was no longer with the practice. I explained my situation and asked to speak to someone else who could help me. I was put into someone’s voice mail. I left a message that included my work and home phone number and times I could be reached at those numbers. I let the person that I was leaving a voice mail know that we had been told by the ER Doctor that my husband should be seen the following week as he may need surgery. It is now 11 days later and I STILL have not received a call back. In this time, my husband saw another doctor AND had surgery. Busy or not, this is no way to treat someone calling your office. I would have sent this to you in an e-mail, but the “contact us” section does not have a section for being able to put comments or suggestions, even though it says it does at the top of that page. I would have called, but that didn’t work so well for me the first time.
