I went here for almost a year and was treated with an unprofessional attitude. A majority of my appointments were cancelled last minute and once the esthetician did not even show up to the scheduled appointment. When I moved, it was hard to cancel the membership and only got a response when I replied to a promo email (I asked in person, via text, and via the contact us page on their website).

List, I’ve been a regular customer at Skin so sweet for a couple years now. My friend and I have always recommended this place but latley they are a complete sh** show. Making appointments that end up being cancelled as you show up, employees showing up late to the shop, showing up and forgetting/not having keys forcing a rebook and time wasted. It’s sad because they’re all so kind and good at what they do but they’re becoming severely unreliable.
