I’ve always been the type of person to be caution with who touches my hair, especially dying my hair. However when I met Ashley and saw her portfolio I knew that I could trust her with my hair. A year later and I trust Ashley with my hair completely. She cares about hair damage and making sure your hair is the best it can be! She is very knowledgeable in her profession. She never disappoints and I always leave a happy customer!

My wife went with Michelle and came back with a horrible tint on her hair. My wife felt so bad that she could not overcome what had happened. I am no expert but in all the year’s that my wife has done her hair I had not ever seen this happen. We tried reaching out to Michelle the following day so that she would correct the tint and she then told us that she was very busy all this week with her customer’s like if we where not. I feel that every person working with the public shouldn’t take accountability of their services since it is not for free regardless of the cost. For sure we will never go there ever again and I hope this review is taken in to consideration to other lady’s looking for a good service and know what to expect from this person Michelle that works there and does not accept her mistakes and much less do anything to correct them.
