I have had a long history of bad skin issues, treatments, and routines—this has made me a little anxious when seeing anyone new. I can honestly say that Karmella is someone who immediately puts you at ease and puts amazing care into everything she does. The room is well set with relaxing music and a comfy couch/bed. She uses a variety of serums, creams, and gels that she handpicks. Each time was a completely new focus point and my favorite part has been the “ice globes” where these cool rollers glide over and relax the muscles and chill the skin. I have had two facials with Karmella and I was so impressed that I reached out to her for a daily treatment. She messaged me about my long term and short term goals and what my current routine is. She then did a completely catered skin care regimen and even recommended a vitamin supplement to add into my diet to counteract hormonal acne.
