Was referred to Dr. Mark to do that allure laser lipo on my jowls, neck, and chin. I was extremely nervous and anxious due to being awake for the procedure, and I did not know what to expect. From the second I walked into my consult to the actual procedure day, the staff and doctor made me feel completely comfortable and explained step by step what they would be doing. The actual day of the procedure, they were all so kind and went over everything again. During, Dr. Mark asked how I was doing frequently, if I needed anything, and to let him know at any point if there was anything I needed.
