I have had a great experience until now with this company. I received a bundle for skin resurfacing which included 3 treatments. I was very pleased with the results however, when it was time for my last treatment the Manager texting me that the office was in the process of moving and it wouldn’t be until Wednesday that they’d be calibrated and I would receive a call confirming my appt. It was an inconvenience as I had already requested the time off however I figured 2 days wasn’t that bad. When Wednesday arrived I called and received no answer the phone appeared to be disconnected when I texted the number that had previously contacted me after a few days they informed me that they were on vacation and they would contact the doctor. Days passed and nothing when I again tried to contact them they informed me that they had informed me that when the lasers were ready I would be notified. When previously they had stated that the lasers weren’t calibrated now they weren’t even at the new location. It’s been 9 days since my last treatment was scheduled and I haven’t been able to contact anyone in the office the phone is always busy or off the hook. And the manager had made me pay for all my treatments in advanced. Now I’m trying to communicate with them to receive a refund for my last treatment as I don’t wish to continue with this facility this treatment is extremely unprofessional.

I went to get a facial and they charged me twice, so we scheduled a second facial for a few months later. I arrived on the scheduled date and they had no record of my second facial. So we re-scheduled yet again, and when I showed up for the rescheduled facial, they told me that the woman called and said she wasn’t going to show up. I would have appreciated a call in advance – I wasted almost $30 in Uber costs to go back and forth to an appointment that kept getting cancelled! Will never return, and be careful because your appointments may or may not actually happen.

I really love the staff here. The doctor is efficient, very nice, and has great attention to detail. The staff is always so nice when I go. Paulina Díaz is an amazing assistant. They always are very attentive and always offer great service. Overall an amazing experience all around. Highly recommend this place if you are still on the fence! 🙂

These people are ridiculous. They moved didn’t advise patients. I had 1 session left and they canceled my appointment. Offered free laser for not opening new location on time for ntn they won’t answer emails or call.number isn’t even in service anymore. Just horrible people.
