I’ve been getting facials for over 20 years, in NJ, NY and Atlanta. I do not recommend this place. I never leave reviews, but I am so disappointed with this SPA that I wanted to share my experience so that I can save someone else from loosing their money here. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of professional behavior by Catharine the master cosmetologist. For my last four appointment Catharine was late or a no-show with no call or text. I understand things happen so I was very understanding. I I bought 2 different packages for facials which were very expensive and I ended up loosing my money because she never completed my treatment. I just gave up and told her it was ok Ill just loose my money cause she never made it to the rest of my appointments. Now today my mom made an appointment a week ago and she didn’t show or call to let her know she was not going to show up. Facials are ok, but nothing out of the ordinary and I think you can find better places and better customer service. There are many other places that are more medically knowledgeable and have better equipment and service. If you do go, do not buy the package cause you may loose your money like I did, its not worth it.

The treatment was very relaxing and left my face feeling super clean & soft afterwards. The second was with Erika. She did botox on my face to get rid of the awful wrinkles I had.
