Let me start by saying I do not recommend this place. I finally got the double charge on my card off but the worst was the service. I drove down here for a wedding and have had better service. I think the tech was name Jance or Jane. She has a speech problem and can’t pronounce simple words. My brows came out all wrong and I clearly had the code for the tint to be corrected but this person was so illiterate. I understand people in this state are not very smart, but this was awful.

Leading up to my appointment, Lacey called to confirm the time/date and kindly greeted me upon arrival. My appointment was for a brown wax and tint with Jane and she was awesome – I’ll definitely be back. I drove an hour to see her and will continue to do so because she did that great of a job!

Very nice business. I’ll start with my first experience was not good at all, BUT either the owner or manager (I don’t really remember her name) called me personally and offered to redo the service since I had a bad experience. I went and Lynne did my facial this time. 10/10 esthetician, 5 stars for her. She was so kind and warm and made me feel safe while working on my skin. She is the real deal, you can just tell when someone is meant to do something and Lynne was meant to be an esthetician. She told me everything she was putting on my face and each step and did an AMAZING shoulder massage while my mask set. The girls working up front are really sweet too. I would absolutely recommend visiting Lynne for a facial. Putting only 4 stars because of the first experience and that first girl really should not be touching anyone’s face.

What a great experience today! All the staff is lovely and knowledgeable. Lots of great products. Had amazing facial with Elle! She was super knowledgeable and friendly and my face feels amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Mom had a consultation and she is excited to come back for her facial!
