I canceled one appt, was late for the next- still was treated with the most professionalism and courtesy. I got a lash tint and lift and the results are amazing. Literally looks like I have two coats of mascara on. The procedure took exactly one hour and aside from a bit of stinging when I opened my eyes (which went away very quickly) i was very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

This location has had a recent change of management. I arrived on time and waited almost an hour for appointment to start because she forgot my appointment even though I had called a week earlier. Got put in some small dingy room while she was working on another client. I didn’t appreciate that I kept getting shilled to buy products.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Set up an appointment online and drove an hour to get there, to have the door locked and no one answering the phone. The mailbox is full and after I called a number of times, it started going straight to voicemail. They’re ignoring my calls… Awful service. I wasted my money and hours of my time. Do not go here!!
