The moment I walked in I was greeted by the owner, Caitlyn, who has the most infectious smile. I was pretty anxious (first time microneedling with prp) but all worries subsided within minutes as Caitlyn’s mama bear energy helped me feel so welcome and at ease. She talked me through the procedure and numbed me with TOP SHELF numbing cream- I honestly felt little to no pain. Absolutely obsessed with Caitlin & Olivia. The experience that I had today getting lip filler for the first time was everything and more. I was greeted by Olivia with the biggest smile, she is seriously the kindest soul. Caitlin did an amazing job and was so professional with also making me feel comfortable and hyped me up the entire time.
