Horrible customer service! This place obviously does not care to have new customers. Today I had a facial scheduled for 10:15am… I arrived six minutes late, one minute past the “grace period” and they did not bother to accommodate me. Mind you, I was ready to purchase a bundle package or a membership as well as product since I was looking into starting a new skin care regime. The receptionist said the next available appointment would be until 12:30pm. I went ahead and rescheduled for later this week but as we were rescheduling the receptionist seemed to have an attitude. Considering this girl had a nasty attitude I felt the need to check online myself for any available appointments right after leaving the location…. I saw they had a 10:45am opening!! What?! I’m sure you guys can understand my level of frustration upon seeing this! I am shocked that they wouldn’t just move my appointment over to that time rather than blowing me off and offering me an appointment that was 2 hours later! Ridiculous! I canceled my rescheduled appointment and never going back again!

All the girls working there were so friendly. They made me feel super welcome and explained everything thoroughly. I had no idea what to expect and they made it so easy to understand. Ashley, at the front desk was so personable and really listened to what I was looking for. She explained all the options and helped me pick a package that was right for me. And Rachel was the nurse who did my treatment. She explained exactly what she was doing as she was doing it. She made the process so easy and helped me understand what was happening. Sometimes when you’re unsure of what you’re supposed to do and you have a stranger all up in your face, it can get awkward. Rachel made it anything but awkward. We were chatting and laughing like we were old friends. Those girls made me want to hang out there all day. My treatment was great and my face felt nice and smooth that night and the next day. I’m excited to see how my skin looks/feels after I finish my 10 treatment package!

Great experience overall! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable . My facial was finished in only about 10 minutes and I noticed immediate results. My skin has never glowed like it did after visiting Skin Laundry. Would definitely recommend!

As someone who LOVES facials and skin treatments, this 10 minute treatment is NOT a facial. It is a very weak laser treatment designed to give your skin a “glow” a very short time. The first treatment is free and they hard sell you into buying a bundle. When I requested a refund for the future treatments I purchased, they never even replied to my numerous emails. Really poor product and even worse customer service. Do not waste your money, get a good scrub at the drugstore instead

I did not know what to expect! But what an exciting way to have a great facial in the shortest amount of time. The results are beautiful too, my skin was so soft and looked great afterwards. Will be going back again (wish they were closer to my house!)
