I love great skin care, one might say I am obsessed. I love my dermatologist but was looking for something that I could do quickly and on a regular basis without the drive so when I saw Skin Laundry pop up in my neighborhood and decided to give it a try. I am really glad I did. The staff both front desk and medical are warm, inviting, and take the time needed to fully explain everything. I have had several people comment on my skin since I started receiving treatments and I see and feel a difference. My skin is smooth, soft, and glowing. Thank you, Skin Laundry!

I signed up for a promo with Skin Laundry a few days before I found out I was pregnant. They said I could do the signature but was never very comfortable with the scientific reasons. Sure enough, my skin broke out into hives. I communicated that this has NEVER happened in the past (I had done laser skin treatments in the past), and SL acknowledged it was probably due to pregnancy hormones. I communicated the skin issue about 5 times. I continued to pay out my 3 month commitment for contractual purposes and thereafter asked for medical pauses. I got 2 months of pauses— which I had to pay $25 a month for each. In the end, I didn’t want to keep paying $25 a month until my pregnancy was over. I was pretty bummed about the inflexibility for pregnant women. I can’t say if any of the treatments work. But for me, all I got was hives and scaly skin.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was 6 minutes late because I was dealing with morning sickness and the inconsiderate receptionist won’t let me take my appointment. Even after I explained to her I drove 30 minutes and had terrible morning sick as I am pregnant. I pay $250/month for this, 100% cancelling and making sure I get a refund for everything. Definitely filing a complaint to the better business bureau.
