I live in Miramar and scheduled an appointment at Dadeland center. When I drove for an hour and reached there, I was told that laser can’t be done if I use a hair removal cream for my upper lip(which the y never mentioned in the requirements or when I called them what is needed). So they rescheduled. On the day of appointment it was pouring outside and though I started 1 hour prior to appointment(usually takes 30 mins from Doral), few crashes on 826 delayed me by few minutes. They told they can’t serve me and I had to reschedule and pay $25 for it. Weather is not in my control and they should at least have some sense of customer service!!!! Extremely unhappy!!

I really like it! I’ve tried the 3 variations they offer and I’m pretty happy with it, I even got the monthly subscription. Their policies are pretty clear on the email they send and are not very different than the other spas I visit. You are supposed be there before your appointment out of respect to the personnel and other customers.

I wish I could place a 0 star. First time appointment. Driving from North Miami to come to Dadeland mall to be dismissed for arriving 10 minutes late. I don’t control traffic and gasoline is no water in my car. Very disappointed. Never again

Awful place, they don’t tell you it’s inside the mall, they had asked you for your credit card yo charge you $25 in case,you don’t go to the appointment them they say they can’t do it when I have lazik done many times through my dermatologist you are much better off going to your dermatologist. Of course there were no clients there. Awfull!!
