I just finished my 6th laser treatment and to be honest I didn’t see any result, any of the problems I thought would get better didn’t. Not the redness, sun spots, acne, nothing got better and I did 6 because they said you would see the difference after 6. I feel like I spent way too much $ on these facials I should have just done regular facials instead. I thought láser was the new best thing but is only works for hair removal in my opinion. The nurse that did my treatments was very nice, professional and friendly, always explained things well. Overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone of my friends to spend this much $ on no results, I wish they had a “if you don’t see results we give you your $ back” they took pictures of my face before the first treatment, im happy to show them my face now, no difference. Disappointed.

Terrible experience, and I will never go back. I drove over an hour in Friday night rush hour traffic to get there (obviously giving myself plenty of time), but I got into the mall and didn’t know where the storefront was. I called repeatedly and no one ever answered the phone until exactly 5 minutes after my appointment time. She said I wasn’t going to be seen because I was late by 5 minutes. I said “I’ve been walking around this mall for the last ten minutes trying to find the place, and called and texted you repeatedly and no one answered the phone to assist me.” She was rude and just kept saying “We have a five minute grace period.” I found the store a minute later and the front desk person, who probably makes minimum wage, said she was “one of the managers” and that they have the 5 minute grace period… duh. Well, if they had answered the phone, I wouldn’t have been late. She said “I’m sorry about that, but I’m the only one here and we’re really busy.” That is not my problem and they need to answer the phones and/or schedule fewer clients if they are going to be that rigid about their timing window. Skin Laundry management, you need to do better. (And SL, I don’t need the canned BS response of “We strictly adhere to our late policy because of safety to our customers, blah, blah, crap…super unhelpful, and frankly meaningless, forward-facing PR bullsh*t.) I will never go back.

Made an appointment for my daughter using the membership program they offer and she had to take a bus from her school to get here. She came around 3:50 since the appointment was at 4pm. I was in my way from work and she wasn’t able to be seen at 4:06. I tried to explain the people in the counter what happened and they gave me a hard time. I said I wanted to cancel the stupid membership and they said I wasn’t able to do that. I said I wasn’t happy at all and they kept telling me I sign a contract and that was it. I just want my money back. Worst experience ever.

Ashley RN was the best! I’ve been a member for almost a year and needed a refresher about the services offered to make sure I was receiving the proper treatments and using the right products. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING from A-Z and I’m more confident than ever that I’ll continue my membership with them to keep my skin looking young and healthy! HAZEL is an angel! So sweet and very informative, she goes the extra mile to make sure I get the best products that suit my face. S/O to the rest of the staff there as well, they’re all great . Drove around the parking structure for almost 30 minutes – zero parking. They were unsympathetic when I called and told me they would have to charge me a missed appt fee or reschedule for later in the day. Terrible customer service.
