Super surprised by the negative reviews. I really love this location and the services. Look, they run a tight schedule, which is why they can offer the services at the price they offer them at. A laser facial anywhere else, is going to cost you at least triple! So when you show up late, don’t get mad at them! Respect their time, just like you would want someone to respect yours! Their loyalty reward program is great! I hadn’t checked and all of the sudden I have $140 to use for upgrades! Can’t beat that! The nurses are great and the front desk staff has always been extremely nice to me!! I would highly recommend Skin Laundry overall, but I also recommend this location too!!

Have been a customer on and off since they first opened. I really like the new subscription packages,. I took my husband for a free facial, and now he too is a customer. We are not young (over 55) and it helps to keep our skin looking clear and fresh.. It’s far cheaper to Laser than buy all of the serums and lotions which do far less.

I had my first appointment at Skin Laundry today! My skin looks and feels great after the Laser & Light facial …thanks Claire! I wanted to give special accolades to Gabriel…I was greeted by Gabriel upon entering the salon. He was welcoming and very friendly. After checking me in he escorted me to the relaxation area to wait for the start of my appointment. He then took me to the treatment room and started my consultation. He was very informative and I felt at ease discussing what my goals are relative to treatment. After my L&L facial Gabriel explained what products I would need. While checking out I also met Camden who was also very friendly. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Gabriel for making this first appointment a relaxing experience. See you soon!

I became a member when they first open so I’ve been coming twice a week for a while. I am surprised by the negative reviews. The front desk people have always been friendly. They do have a tight schedule but I’ve never been late so maybe that’s why I haven’t had any issues. I think my skin has looked great since being a member. I love that it’s just a short time commitment but with good results. I would highly suggest you at least try it. I think you get the first one free.

I had a good experience here. The staff was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the free first treatment and will be returning this week for another service. The facility is clean and neat. So far, I do feel my first treatment was effective, I am ready now for a stronger treatment and hopefully more visible results! I’ll post again after the treatment.

The facial was nice but make sure you check your account after you leave. I was charged $200 for a free facial had to call 3 times before I spoke to a manger who said she resolved the issue and that it would be refunded in 3-5 to business days, claimed it was a glitch in the system. We’ll see if I ever actually get my money back or if I have to escalate it with my bank.
