The newly assigned office (Suite 230) is very bright and clean. The receptionist was very efficient and has a friendly welcoming manner. This obviously new assigned space needs some wall decor (Dr.and Mrs. Bajoghli’s very personal and beautiful photographs are better than most professional travel photographers; a few of them would definitely perk up the waiting room)!

I have been going there for sometime but there are always issues with the office. I kept going back due to the doctors being good but the office issues are never ending. The one star is for doctors. My son has been going to them for years but he was charged as a new patient because we didn’t visit during covid. He has a minor acne issue for which he needed a refill. We were charged $142 for an acne medication refill visit but then I received another bill. The bill was sent in my minor son’s name, which shows they are not even checking the accounts before sending bills. When I reached out they sent an “updated bill” for $73. $215 for a 5 min acne refill is crazy. If it would have been mentioned before the visit, I wouldn’t do it. I talked to someone at the office and the lady tried to mention the things I told the doctor we have tried as things they have recommended which shows that they are writing whatever in their notes. So if you plan to go there, the doctors are good but brace yourselves for appointment errors, wrong medications sent to pharmacy, and billing issues.

My wife and I have been seeing nurse Janice for at least six years for our semi annual cancer screenings. She and her staff have always been courteous, respectful and professional in providing our care. I have been and will continue to recommend this practice to others. We are fortunate to have this resource available to us.

Janice Rasmussen is a skin genius. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She educates you and spends time addressing your needs. She has cared for my dad with his melanoma history with great expertise. There is nobody else I recommend for skin health. Janice is the best.

Long wait after being ushered into the exam room. About 20 minutes. Lots of staff in the hall talking to each other…happy place but the front desk could have used their help processing incoming patients and return appointments. Receptionist did jump out to help me place the follow-up appointment. Very helpful.

Eileen is a fantastic PA! She’s extremely thorough, takes her time examining you and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She took time to answer questions that I had during my exam. She is very professional, pleasant and is a true asset to Skin & Laser. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

First let me say I love NP Janice. She is very thorough and nice. Unfortunately, whoever is in charge of scheduling is doing a HORRIBLE job adding way too many people for Janice to keep up. My husband and I had an appointment on 10/26 at 11:20. There were several people in the waiting room-all waiting to see Janice. Many of us were also scheduled to have Dr. Smith sit in our appointment. He was a no show and I now understand this is a common occurrence.

I had an appointment yesterday for surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my head. I arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment time, logged on to the guest wifi network in the waiting room and was called in twenty minutes to get ready for my procedure. I was prepared by two or three attendants who laid me out on a reclining chair, marked the spot to be excised, deadened the area, and attended the surgeon while he performed the surgery. I was led to a small waiting room, had a cup of hot chocolate and some crackers, and was led back to the treatment room some forty five minutes latter. The attendant told me that the margins were clear of basal cells and I was stitched back up and sent home. The entire procedure took a little more than three hours. I was completely satisfied with the experience and look forward to having my stitches removed in two weeks and resuming my complete body scans every six months. Thanks to all of the team that assisted me while there. You did good!

I took my mother to the Skin and Laser Surgery Center to try to get her help with two issues. The doctor (Michael Simone) listened closely as we explained everything. Once he decided on treatment he explained the medications and instructions completely. Both my mother and I were extremely satisfied with the care provided.

I’ve been a patient for a few years. They have always been very professional. Janice, NP-C, always clearly explains what she’s looking for during the exam. I recommend them.
