The owner, Sophia, is lovely, very warm and Natalie is so sweet and amazing with my skincare and eyebrow threading. The care that Natalie takes and products they use always leave my skin glowing.The first time that I came after they opened back up (covid) I was incredibly impressed with the measures that they’ve put in place to protect their clients, and themselves. I recently had a baby, and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, had not ventured to any businesses until this week when I finally decided to get some self-care. Sophia, the business owner (and just lovely person) greeted me at the door. After a warm welcome, I was so incredibly impressed with the precautions that were already in place to protect both clients and staff at the spa, while also maintaining the warm and relaxing atmosphere I love so much. I very much enjoyed my experience as I always did, and felt extra secure because of the detail-oriented plan implemented by Sophia and her team. If you are craving some self care during this pandemic (and want to support a woman-owned small business), I highly highly recommend making an appointment at Skin Innovations. I have been going to see Sophia and the team at Skin Innovations for many years. The team is very professional and friendly. Sophia and her services are exceptional. I have also started to bring my teenage daughter to her for assistance. Even during the current crisis, Sophia has shipped her products and kept in contact with me to ensure I have what I need through video calls, etc. Her products also came very quickly! I have been going to Skin Innovations for many years. I also brought my teenage son in as soon as he needed some treatment. Sophia is very professional and she runs her business seamlessly. She does a carefull assessment of each client’s needs, and one’s needs from one appointment to another. I would not trust my face to anyone else! Sophia is constantly educating herself, her staff, and her clients about the new advances in the skin care world. She acquires new technology, takes courses, and offers a variety of state of the art treatments for all types of skin problems and ages. The spa is immaculately clean, as are all the treatment rooms and materials. Sophia is able to offer great skin care products, which she carefully researched, and she consults as to what would work best for each individual client. I love going there, and I am always looking forward to my next appointment!

Was given a birthday present facial and threading at Skin Innovations and as a woman of a certain age I didn’t know what to expect but I have to say I walked out of there with much younger looking and refreshed skin and with nicer brows under the care of Natalie. I was greeted at the locked door by a very friendly helpful masked woman who hung up my bag and my coat and took my temperature without being touched. She disinfected the bottom of my shoes and my hands at the door to enter the spa so I felt they are being careful about covid-19. When I entered the treatment room and met Natalie she was using all the Covid prevention protocols like the mask, shield, gloves etc. Natalie is very sweet and attentive and explained everything as she did it and was always checking to make sure I was comfortable during whatever procedure she was doing at the time. She was super friendly and informative but calm and relaxed and so she made me feel calm and relaxed. I have to admit I was hesitant before I went because I didn’t know if I would be comfortable in the environment but it was private and clean and I walked out thinking maybe this birthday isn’t going to be such a big deal after all if I can get self improvement like this experience. 🙂 Thank you Natalie and Skin Innovations! I will bring my friends.
