The staff and physicians here are phenomenal. They are attentive and genuinely care about helping! I felt that they gave me so much attention and listened to what my issues were. Often when I go to skin doctors, they have a cookie cutter plan in mind that never helped. Here, I felt that my treatment was tailor made for me. I saw a real transformation over time in my skin and they got me to a place where my skin is healthy and clear. The office is clean and the care is thorough! Highly recommended!

I have been visiting Skin Glow Medical regularly for the last 2 years and I could not be happier with the results. Both Heidi and Dr. K are masters of their craft, moreover, wonderful human beings. Heidi goes out of her way to help people (speaking from personal experience) and is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve never felt forced to buy anything. Dr. K has great bedside manners, she is sweet, friendly and very professional. I wish more doctors could be like her. The recent negative reviews are obviously fake and an attempt to sabotage the business’ reputation. I have been visiting Skin Glow Medical regularly for the last 2 years and I could not be happier with the results. Both Heidi and Dr. K are masters of their craft, moreover, wonderful human beings. Heidi goes out of her way to help people (speaking from personal experience) and is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve never felt forced to buy anything. I’ve had the worst experience here. They were telling me to fix my nose and Dr. Heidi is so controlling. She will constantly tell you what’s wrong with your skin even though you might have just came for a facial. And then she forces you to buy one of their products. It’s really all marketing. They actually made my skin worse. I switched to another location in Forest Hills. They actually take good care of me and does not push me to do anything I am not comfortable with.

Had my lips done here not the way I wanted from the beginning but they tried their best to fix it and eventually did. Other places would do poor job and forget you exist. This place has a plus trying to satisfy their client. It’s a plus for me too.
