Received an hour long facial as a gift for mother day and just redeemed. Was asked to upgrade to microdermabrasion for an additional $55, said no. Facial was barely 30 minutes and the lady was gone for at least 10 mins of it while the steamer was going. My facial started at 11:11 and was was done by 11:44. Also she left streaks of the product on my face ♀️

Staff was friendly but it was the worst wax service I ever had. I was left with patches of hair all over and was left so sticky with only two baby wipes to clean myself up. It took me forever to get pants back on. I was also left bleeding and bruised in places. I have been getting waxed for years and never experienced that. Won’t return.
