My first visit was this past Saturday, the staff was very professional & knowledgeable, friendly , and answered all my question, the atmosphere was fantastic, I am so glad I found this place, they are the best, I’ve been to many skin clinics over the years, this is the place for your skin care needs! I just want to say very good customer service. I called about my order I placed online the same day I did it to make sure everything was good. Women over the phone fixed it and my package literally came the next day literally. I was shocked! This will be my 3rd day using the product and to be honest I feel I feel a difference in my face. But I pray I see a huger difference in April. My mother been on my butt about this product for two years now so I finally got it and I’m excited to see the new look

Update! It’s never a quiet spa experience you can hear the the front area conversations and they talk loud. Products are great but you will get put in a room and they will forget about you. Shipping is high if you order product’s online, base charge is $10 something and you get the package they only paid $8

This was my 1st professional facial. I went to the long beach location.They made me feel comfortable. Reception very welcoming. They offered cucumber water (my fav) almost no wait time. I got the microdermabrasion facial. The enzyme burned more than expected, but Pam responded quickly wiping & soothing with aloe Vera iced. Pam completed my service, from the very beginning I could tell she was knowledgeable from looking at me for all of 15secs lol I purchased her in house products. The soap, medicated night cream, & moisturizer that I’m looking forward to using. I highly recommend this place!
