If I could give her a zero I definitely would! This lady Kimbra at skin energy is very unprofessional and rude with her business and does not know how to notate an appointment correctly or take responsibility for her mistakes in notating the wrong appointment. She attempted to charge me an additional cancellation fee for her wrong doing! I had a txt to prove it and she would not give in on saying I was a no show for an appointment I never made! She is not a real professional or business owner. What truly illustrates professionalism is how you treat your potential customers and how you take responsibility for your own wrong doings! I would not recommend trusting this person on your face!

By far the BEST experience I’ve ever had! This lady knows skin! I was blown away by her knowledge and expertise! At first sight she was able to tell me things about my skin thought no other esthetician has ever even came close to! I’ve seen at least 20 skin experts in my life time and she truly knows her stuff with a passion! She was so informative and caring! I wish I lived here I would go to her at least once a month! I highly recommend her! She will change your life and outlook on skin!

Highly recommend for body sculpt treatment and facials. Skinenergy has the best technology out there, I personally wouldn’t spend my time or money anywhere else. Kimbra really takes her time with you and is very thourough with the treatments.
