I used to love this shop. I’d previously had multiple piercings here but went a few months ago for a double nose piercing & was extremely disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly but my piercings were misaligned, the piercer free handed with an oddly large gauge needle, & the placement was far too low on the nostril. I tried to keep them in for a while in hopes they would grow on me but ended up removing both piercings. You definitely get what you pay for in this case so as far as piercings go I would probably go elsewhere if looking.

Elgin did a great job with my three piercings. He was very nice and explained the process and after care extremely well. He did not hurt when piercing me. I will be doing business with Elgin again.

I can’t speak on the tattoos, but as far as piercings go I would look elsewhere for a more professional shop. I got my nostril pierced here, and the experience was lacking. The guy who pierced it didn’t have good hygiene, his hands wreaked of cigarettes as if he hadn’t even washed his hands. He had to pierce me twice in the same hole because he let go of the clamp the first time. Education on piercing cleaning was not accurate. I called back days later to let him know it was still very swollen and may be getting infected, and advice on what to do. All he said was to take it out or I could come by and he would remove it for me. No suggestions on how to fix it, just to take it out with possible infection.

This shop is very professional, CLEAN, sanitizes ALL of their tools, they educate you along the way and they are very personable! I took my son in for piercings, and Matty was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend them for any of your piercing and tattoo needs!

Called to make an appointment to use my gift certificate and was informed that they would not honor my certificate. They told me I had to use it within sixty days of purchase which was not stated anywhere on the certificate and also during a period of time which was at the height of the pandemic so they were not even open. My best friend also had a certificate which was purchased at the same time, which she was allowed to use this February of 2022, she had a cover up done, unfortunately she now has to have someone else fix it because you can see a lot of her previous tattoo through it. Her husband also had a gift certificate which he had several appointments made and the Tattoist kept cancelling so he ended up going to another tattoo studio in town. When I went into the store during Friday 13th when they were doing half off tattoos I was told that they wouldn’t tattoo me if another artist who had worked there had tattooed me. The guy working then said I could get tattooed, he asked me to come back in an hour and a half as there were two others ahead of me. He then changed his mind and said to give him my number as he would call me, he never called. I even got my nose pierced and have since had to take it out because the piercing is so lopsided.
